Yevgenya Fleyshman, MS, LPC, LBS, BCBA, is the Clinical Director of Bright Steps ABA Services and a seasoned behavioral health leader with over 20 years of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities. She brings more than five years of leadership experience, overseeing clinical operations, mentoring clinical teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based ABA services.

Licensed to practice in four states, Yevgenya is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS). She specializes in clinical program development, comprehensive assessments, individualized treatment planning, quality assurance, staff development, and collaboration with families, schools, physicians, and insurance providers to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. They use evidence-based teaching strategies to help children build communication, social, daily living, and other essential skills while creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
